What percentage of active webmasters do you have from Russia? I prepare some specific kind of website which target will be webmasters and I am not sure if I should ban Russia or not. This is the only country to which I have second thoughts. (for example I had no doubts about India) I can't decide what should I do. Usually, I don't ban any country from viewing my websites but this one is an exception and since I have experienced that more than 50% of spammers, scammers and thieves, hotlinkers etc. that visit my websites is located in Russia that's why I hesitate if will I have more benefits or harm. Of course I realize that they may still use proxies and other methods to omit the walls as well I know there is no country free of such problems but... I would be grateful If you could advice me what percentage of honest and active webmasters from Russia your programs have. Thank you in advance for any suggestions.
