Man Sentenced On Teen Porn Charges

HAMILTON, Ohio -- A Fairfield man was sentenced Thursday on teen pornography charges.
Anthony Gorusch pleaded guilty in January to five counts of pandering sexually oriented material involving a minor for filming and possessing a film of a 17-year-old engaged in sexual activity.
The 25-year-old Gorusch was ordered to spend five years in prison, and upon his release he must register as a sex offender every 180 days for 25 years.
"This type of crime is hurtful in a variety of ways and a strong sentence like this one puts any purveyors of perversion on notice," said Butler County Prosecutor Robin Piper.

Well in my state if you over 20 you're not fucking a 16 year old legally.

Anyways the law clearly states that people have to be 18 to be filmed sexually. Everyone knows this. If you that dumb you don't know that you deserve to go to jail.

So yes a 17 year old that is married can not legally be filmed fucking her husband. Even if it for private use. We all agree that's dumb, but it's the law so why fucking risk it and just wait until the chick is 18?

usa has some shitty laws, very heavy policed country, highest incarceration rate of any civilized country. imagine he got 5 years in prison for this, while he woulda not even been charged in 99.9% of other countries
