usa has some shitty laws, very heavy policed country, highest incarceration rate of any civilized country. imagine he got 5 years in prison for this, while he woulda not even been charged in 99.9% of other countries
HOWEVER, laws are laws, if you dont like them then move out to nigeria where you can fuck girls at 13... :-)
