I bet that was originally purchased not knowing the term, then some guy who new the term purchased the name...and then resold it for $$$. 2 years ago Ebay was packed full of good LLLL domains.

$12K is a good number. $10K+ is a good number.
$10K+ is exactly the amount of money a renter wants to see in your bank account so that he/she agrees to rent you a place to live. Lower than that, and you might not get accepted.
