Odds are you'd be mssging more kids, people with no cc or religious (or otherwise offended with adult content) than actual people who might be interested, let alone actually sign up. 90 - 10% if you are lucky.

And it will come down to who they prosecute for this when they get around to making the laws... you might get away with the mssg so they will simply go for the site owners. lol Our stae has already mentioned retroactive laws. Wonder how many others are doing the same? It will be "I fought the law and the law won"

Its like the jerk spammers... if you block one of their addresses, they send from another... Uh, Hel-LO... we blocked you because we are NOT interested... another address won't entice us further.

These guys are even worse than spammers. At least with spammers, we can and do turn them over to the authorities when the circumstances call for it. In this case, we'd have to be running a script just to catch the incoming and locate them.

Some people are really funny, and some things they say is right and some is not, I have no time to sit here and argue with you about what?s right and what?s wrong because I personally don?t like to use a keyboard to type the messages. Some of you who replied to this post negatively might have a lot of time in there hands to sit and post to replies, instead they should use the software and let it run all by itself and their $$$ will go skyrocket.

If you need to argue, I would love to show you why this product is a big money maker, and you think people using this program can get caught by the law easily? I have sold a lot of copies of this program just by posting on a few message boards in the last two days!, this program is a big money maker, it's a lot better than email marketing, there are a lot of features that emails can?t do.

With emails it's very very easy to get shut down by your ISP; with this program it's not possible! Because of the technology it uses to send the messages! This is by the messenger service in windows 2000, and XP.

Well if you've ever seen these popups there small text size and inability to have hyperlinks in the messages make them pretty crappy. I'm very surprised there is such a strong response that people apparently find the URL in the small text, copy and paste it into there browser. I think if your going to spam on these things have a VERY SHORT and easy to remember domain name.

I don't see kids being as affected by this as email spam, opening up your email innocently then finding a interracial gangbang full page ad is worse than a text only popup that you can easily close.

Not saying its good or anything, just saying its not as bad as email spam.

Imagine advertising to a newbie that knows nothing about this stuff, TGP etc..

and Plus ! Imaging advertising these websites that offer free trial memberships an example like Stiffycash.com ! to visitors.

If you think email marketing works better, then try this method of advertising, it's not illegal like emails, there is only Text used and no porn graphics attached.

and Plus you don't ever have to keep purchasing email lists to use with your mailer software.

You have all the countries IP's built right into the program !.

Even when these first came out, the response rate was horrible. They're also painfully easy to code and not at all worth $200, even if you can send 255 messages in a batch(if the writers of the software know anything about netbios that is).

People can make more money with Spam, not saying it's the right way to do it. But Spam makes you alot more money than anything else!, think of it as you're targetting people that are not into porn sites everyday.. you don't think it's good ? let me show you how. This is an example related to the Adult industry: A person visiting porn sites everyday knows exactly how to find FREE PORN !, they don't need to goto a pay site or enter their email address into any boxes to receive them, they can just go into TGP sites and find their free stuff.. we all know this Most visitors that adult websites receive is either through SE's, Link sites, and the worst traffic is through Trades. Imagine advertising to a newbie that knows nothing about this stuff, TGP etc.. and Plus ! Imaging advertising these websites that offer free trial memberships an example like Stiffycash.com ! to visitors. If you think email marketing works better, then try this method of advertising, it's not illegal like emails, there is only Text used and no porn graphics attached. and Plus you don't ever have to keep purchasing email lists to use with your mailer software. You have all the countries IP's built right into the program !. What else would you like to know ?..
