Last week I accidentally asked them to delete a user and all of its contents from the wrong server. Mike caught it and pointed out when I asked to make sure that's what I wanted, of course it wasn't, he saved me a load of frustration.

- Modern Web Browser
- Firefox 3+
- Internet Explorer 8+
- Safari 4+

Other Recommendations
- A VPS or dedicated server is recommended if you want to do video conversion

I've had one of their boxes for over a year and of the dozens of hosts I've used over the past decade, they are by far the BEST. I've generally had them setup anywhere from 2 to 24 hours depending on what OS I use and if it's custom hardware. One place took a week to setup the wrong OS, and then another day and a half to fix it. Ended up moving that box elsewhere because of that and other issues.

If it's been four days already I'd contact them and see what's up. It really shouldn't take longer than a day or two to get a box up IMHO.
