I've had one of their boxes for over a year and of the dozens of hosts I've used over the past decade, they are by far the BEST. My sites have NEVER been down other than for scheduled maintenance for which notice was given far in advance, but when these upgrades and maintenance was performed, the downtime was less than half an hour.

I've NEVER had a single problem or issue with this company and know I can count on them to keep me up and running. The support staff there is phenomenal.. always available, always quick to respond and they always get the job done. The billing department is always easy to reach as well during operating hours.. last thing I ever want to do when contacting a company is sitting on hold.. to date, this has never happened with PacificRack.. I always get a LIVE ENGLISH SPEAKING PERSON on the phone whenever I call, without any long delays or waits.. They're friendly and courteous professionals.

I can pay with my epassporte or paypal.

Alot of hosting providers may come into threads to convince you that they are the best, and yeah sure many of them are great companies, but I'm telling you as a customer that you will not regret going with PacificRack and it is my opinion that they are indeed the BEST CHOICE, and their pricing is very competitive.. I know some companies out there that charge over 4X the price of what I'm paying at PacificRack.. the deal I got is unfuckingbeatable. Hit up Alex at 423989984 to discuss your needs, or see if there's any specials not listed on the site, or give them a call, chat or email, etc.

When I started with them, they were very fast in getting me set up and running and migration from my old host to the box with them was flawless.

Anytime I need anything, such as help with an apache mod or anything else, they're always very helpful and they ALWAYS get it done with NO PROBLEMS.
