Currently I eat around 3 a day.

I boil a dozen at once, peel them and put them in the fridge in a sealed container. Very quick and convenient to just go in there and grab one to eat, and usually they don't stay longer than 4 days in the fridge.

What about you?

Okay, I've given this a lot of consideration but I'm afraid I will be unable to vote. Some days my egg intake may be as high as 6 eggs if I factor in the different foods with eggs in the recipe, but then I may go a whole week with no eggs at all, or maybe three days and then have an omelet and then maybe only some mini quiche the day after.
The only proper way to answer this would be if I chronicled total daily egg intake for at least a month, and then give you an average of that.

No, I don't eat sweets or desserts at all, but eggs are used as a binder in things too, like meatloaf or savory potato dishes.

Sure they are good for men (and women)

12 yolks in a day is a bit on the high side though, but it shouldn't be too much of a problem if you don't eat a dozen every day

I usually hard boil a bunch of eggs, but I mostly just eat the whites. If I make scrambled eggs, I leave the yolks in the mix. Per day I probably eat 4-6 whites.

I buy Traders Joes pre cooked hard boiled eggs. They come in bags of 10 eggs and I eat about 3 bags per week. (only the white part, yolks are tossed)
