Take the hundred you've been offered (more then its worth) and run. The name isn't anything special, its not memorable, its not a known term or set of words used together by searchers.

Not sure why you think that it could flip or be worth 5k in a few years. If it is, it will be from work you've done, not because of the domain name (which is nothing special).

Yeah I will probably never put $40,000.00 a week back in my pocket again unless I get back in this business ... However, money doesn't mean shit to me like it used to. I am very happy making $1500 a week doing something I enjoy - sales ;)
