going to a public forum, full of your would be advertisers, to announce that the markets leader in the product you hope to promote is "going down soon" and accusing them of patent infringement... subsequently accusing any and all webmasters promoting fast size of contributory patent infringement (his own potential webmasters) isn't exactly a genius move... and it brings in a whole lot of other legal questions about the validity of the remarks (which are claims - not facts), unfair business practices etc etc etc

further, the guy is so fucking dumb, that he's claiming that he's been "in talks" for over a year to discuss launching and promoting a product to webmasters and in this time has clearly done zero market research, was totally unaware of the markets largest player and has proven conclusively that he's incompetent to the point of being a danger to himself and those around him.

so.. i fully understand how you instantly felt some sort of kinship with him. Maybe he's faked the death on ynot or JBM of his adopted father Land Cruiser or Uncle Suburban or his cousin, Jeep Wrangler. You should look into that.
