Congrats on the twins. When my wife had ours she was working out all the way up till the day she popped, and as soon as the docs said it was ok she worked out with a trainer 4 days a week and trained and did a marathon that same year after having the baby..

Its good our women know what's important.

I agree, she used to Race Motorcycles when she was younger. I think that is what attracted me to her most since it's my favorite hobby.

First focus should be the kids, but get in a little bit of yoga in the beginning and watch what you eat. Then after the first couple months. You will be ready to hit the gym again.

At least that's what I saw.
