If he was diligent, he would have seen the picture of Kelsie's friend on the ID looks nothing like Kelsie to begin with which should have raised flags. But we can't have little issues like that occur when we need to get our content shot now can we?

THAT video was the only one EVER taken down that i can think of, some people have asked to have their videos taken down. d would check to see if there was a model release on file for them, if there was it stayed up! and yeah that was one of the videos that affiliates promoted for a long time until it was removed from the server.
