Most of it is type-in traffic that will remain forever.

If I'm not mistaken, domain was once sold for estimated (different sources) 8-12 million $. You won't get that back with 1 type-in domain.

It's a shame as it's best and most brandable adult domain, impossible to forget so there'll be much higher returning traffic if someone runs any site on it.

I hate to disagree, but you think the best thing to do with the BEST domain you could own as an adult webmaster is to set up a tube site? And people are wondering WHY they are going under?
