Slow comp- Low processor usage- ANY IDEAS?

Any idea why my processor usage is low on my comp... 10-20% but yet my computer is creeping like a Crip BEFORE a drive-by?

Any ideas?

I have similar specs to you, but twice as much RAM. I'd bump up to 4 if I were you.

2GB ram isn't much. I'm on 4 and I run slow sometimes with a ton of things open. I'll upgrade to 8 whenever I decide to go to win7.

No, it takes 4 gigs for me to run XP the way I want it. I'd imagine I'd want more if I moved to Windows 7.

Everything was fast.
