New popup technology built into IE...
....help me get rid of it.
This bugger is clever: Not a running program (nothing appears in task list). Not a modified Hosts file. Something added into IE by a hacker that popups ING and GoToMyPC ads once in a while. Anyone got the fix? |

If its that bad, you'll need to go into RegEdit and see what's been modified in your registry.

there are 70% chances that it is an activeX control that activates your popups.
in IE got to Tools->Internet Options-> Settings-> View Objects delete all that shit BUT leave the google toolbar control, the flash plugin and shockwave plugin (if they're installed of course). Good Luck, I hope it helps.
