For the last 3 years I have dressed up as an "Official Rectal Thermometer" and worn a painters white jump suit with temperature gauge up the side, and two hairdressers caps glued together with a tin of Hershey Chocolate Sauce in between the two clear caps showing off my rectal inspection results.

Needless to say its won most imaginative costume every year.

This year I'm going to dress as Michael Jackson's personal doctor.
