Ok, I'm going to be beefing up our current list of promo materials across all 20+ of our sites and would like advice on what affiliates and tube owners alike are looking for in tube clips. What resolutions, length, file sizes, file formats, etc are the standard or is there a standard at all?

200 minutes long, no watermarks and a nice trailer in the middle advertising a cam program would be ideal.
