this is for being banned for a certain keyword right? I get my little keyphrases but for my target keyword im nowhere to be found, right now more than a year.

and how about sitemaps, ive never made a sitemap on any of my sites and i get good SE results for them. I dont like sitemaps i think its double work if you already have a straight forward site. Isn't that the work of spiders? And how the hell you make them, how deep you go with the links in there, and can it be automatically updated or do you have to put new pages manually in there all the time? Its annoying. Do you get rejected for a reinclusion request when you dont have a sitemap? That would be really bizarre.

you are not banned, just under a penalty so a re-inclusion request isn't going to do anything.

you're going to have to find out what caused the penalty and correct that.

my mistake yes i mean a penalty(sandboxed for my primary keyword) i know im not banned. And ive corrected the thing that caused the penalty a year ago. What should i do?

lets say i try to contact google in another way. Will my site being an adult site have a disadvantage about how they look at it? Maybe prejudiced? I need to contact someone there because this is rediculous. I dont want an answer from a machine.

Is there an established SEO here who could take a look at my site? If you feel called you can respond here. Because i just checked yahoo, an SE i never check, and saw that im nowhere to be found there neither for that specific keyword. Bing is all good though.... I really really dont understand this, goes completely over my head.
