Looks a bit like it was designed in 1996 :o)

Otherwise... I would not overcompress the images as much, get rid of the glow on everything, the 10 pixel stroke, the red stripe lobotomy across their heads, slow the blinking animation down, umm without trying to be mean this designer should stick to banners for another year or so....

look hard and find yourself a good designer who will design a frontent for like 350$... i got one and he is one of the best designer's i've ever seen... and no, im not giving away his info, i've got him booked for the next 2.5 months... =)

You know what with a little bit of cleanup that would end up converting pretty well I bet. Seems like more and more people are reverting back to old school type designs rather than cookie cutter crap.

Not a bad effort but I must say my eyes aren't sure where to look. All the blinking in different directions keeps moving my eye around without ever really settling on something long enough to take it in.

Also, why is every pic censored except for one? If you are trying to show them that they have to pay to see the hardcore than don't show it on the front page.

I'm gonna have to agree with Kmanrox. Designers are cheap compared to the cost of a site that doesn't convert to a sale.

If you have some traffic the professional design will pay for itself.

We finally did a redesign of www.4freegay.com and got rid of the rainbow. Did wonders for conversions.
