My experience with them is the opposite. Usually things resolve quick for me. May be just luck, but who knows.

Namecheap dns changes usually happen pretty quick, within minutes for me. GoDaddy on the other hand takes up to a few hours usually.

this tells you the situation you are seeing has nothing to do with namecheap and everything to do with your isp dns or perhaps somewhere in your networks caching (same goes for renegademark)
