playboy cash question

I know it's been asked before, but:

" If I start generating traffic on the search engines based on playboy keywords and only send the traffic directly to the playboycash websites "

Will they sue me? Or am I allowed to do it?

Please let me know,

I'll sue you, not because of the playboy thing, because I own the patent for generating search engine traffic. Wait until I get started suing you fools, you're going to wish acacia was your only problem.

As long as you don't use Playboy meta tags, domain names, or mislead surfers, you should be OK.

not that meta tags help with serach engine placement anymore, but I find it amusing that you can't even use playboy metatags if you are solely promoting playboy. Imagine if all the adult sponsors did such a thing, and you will see the rediculousness of the whole idea. But thats playboy for you

If Playboy isn't serious about the adult program market, then they shouldn't get into it. If Adult.com wasn't able to negotiate reasonable rules for Playboy webmasters, I question whether this is anything more than a marketing ploy to make Adult.com look big... Is anyone really going to be able to do well with one hand tied?

Adult.com is big, that's a fact, no doubt about it!
To make sure a lot of webmasters ( especially the SE specialists ) are going to promote them without any risk, they just drop a few little rules! I guess only a stupid webmaster will send playboy traffic to a fake a playboy site, right?

Playboy does not allow use of any of their tardemarks on 3rd party sites. No no domains, mata tags, descriptions etc. It does not change the thing if you promote them. Plus they are actively seeking sites which use their trademarks.

Anyway, they are quite nice people - even their legal dept. Just finished an agreement with them... regarding one of my domains.
