We actually do not have anything to discuss. You are unhappy with your experience with LikeWhoa, that's understandable. Obviously we will have 2 sides to our story, so there is going to be discrepancies.

Point being, LikeWhoa did not intentionally dissatisfy you, we did not brag about providing THE best service, but only a service that's superb (which majority of our customers can confirm I'm sure - free or paid hosted).

LikeWhoa is also committed to customers otherwise we would not be in business. We do make mistakes, but also know how to work on improvements.

To make a long story short, our relationship was business, so there is no grudge we, as a company can possibly have (I did not even deal with you at all during your time at LWI). It would be more appropriate to discuss these matters and differences on company-2-company level, so let's just end it, especially since it was awhile back. There are many more things we can work on besides hosting.

When I started the post I said "My sites are loding super fast today, looks like the new provider ABOVENET finnaly kicked in."

Where does it mention uptime? Ill be the first (as I did)to admit the recent downtime has been fucking terrible, and never did I say I was happy about up time. However I will say this, the gang over at LW know what they are doing and those kinds of down time are in the past , im sure.

Can I ask what time you went in? Not that I'm trying to play favorites or defend - it just doesn't sound like them. But we're all human, so it may have been a bad night. But everyone I know who host on http://www.webair.com has popped in there and never had to wait too long. I know I did once but it was after the support board was closed, and I lost track of time and forgot it was after 1am. Actually, that was the same night I had to call the support line...

the last couple weeks have been crap, but earlier this year things were rock solid. the support is the best i've dealt with. i've been with a few hosts and i think like whoa will get things back on track. a bit frustrated recently, but things look good now and hopefully they stay that way.

I can't count on 5 sets of hands how many times I've heard that statement before...
