Hooper, out of respect for you as a previous client we choose not to respond directly to your allegations, but this is taking it too far. In direct response, I told you that we need some time to gain access to your boxes because they were IBM servers that required special keyboard/monitor attachments to manage them and you did not send them with your servers.

Additionally, your servers generated a flood of spam complaints which lead us to believe that you are running an illegal spamming operation that violated our AUP. Don't point fingers when your service isn't clean.

What does his spam complaints has to do with all this? That was very unnecessary and unprofessional to mention that on a message board.

Hooper was a client of LWI and he expressed his oppinion about his experiences. It's correct for you to reply to the issue he was reffering to (you didn't have the keyboard, monitor, etc...) But the spam thing is completly irrelevant.

Wouldn't want you to pop one on my behalf, most people dont get this aggravated if they run a clean slate operation. Your servers were shipped out on time once the Fedex Acct # was provided and we do not rip other people's designs. If anything people use our innovative designs to immitate from.

Put it this way. Not only did they have constant down time, but they did something so drastic we are filing legal action against them, and also suing for damages.

I won't be saying anything on the boards until the situation is finalised.

I will say that based on my experience with them, nobody should ever deal with this company for any reason whatsoever. You would have to be a fool to host with Like Whoa.
