... I'm talking about the Processing Companies, Many Hosting Companies, Gateways, Content Producers, Trade Shows & many Sponsors, Traffic/Content Brokers, Many Designers, Affiliate Backends, Traffic Traders/Xsale Sending, VOD/PPV?.. just the core of our entire Industry.

If you're going to bash.... you might as well start AT THE TOP of the bashing chain and look at half the hosts (even big U.S. ones), all the processors, most big content producers and prob 80% of the brokers.

Just saying... we support it by going to any trade show, buying most traffic.. it sucks.

Man we are such hypocrites.

Do content producers sell to Illegal tube sites? That wouldnt make alot of sense....

But sure, perhaps there should be some sort of label on sites saying "we dont support illegal/unethical tubes" .... Hosting, affiliate programs, processors.....

Yes, several content producers and content brokers, sell content to tubes as well as create sell/buy for people like brazz's and other download sites which gets moved to tubes that those same people own. Programs give them content to pirate other programs pay them to keep content down. ~ yep it's that crazy.

It's not just content, it's hosts, scripts, consulting, designs, traffic, from brokers to directly.. the list goes on on the type of people in our industry supporting pirate companies, right this minute.

If a label system could work, like one of those verify sites do.. that would be handy.

Piracy is a piracy whether done for duty, profit or fun... you should have paid someone to use it. End of story.

No, that is just a very weak fucking statement attempting to make us supporters. Also very often I will not give work to a whole slew of companies and people who do work directly for such thieves.
Difference is who works for a thief and who a thief just may use. Example being a processor would have no reason not to take legal business until a law changes, they also do not work for the thieves. Now a designer who makes them banners, site changes or whatever works for the thief and should be avoided.

By them buying their content they would not be profiting off of others material. Content shooters would still have a market of buyers, and exclusive site owners would not be having to watch their backs when it comes to these sites. The only people who may bitch would be the affiliate who lost a portion of their traffic to such sites. Yet I can promise you that you would not see as much bitching if it was the case that they bought all of their content to give away.

Supporters for what? You're still posting on GFY either way.

I have turned away more than my share of companies for being shit bags. But in general, I don't know all of them so I make it simple, I will not do dirty work, for anyone.

Processors allow sites with content, that those websites do not own. Profiting from other peoples illegal activities, either directly or through the sponsors profits. Any business profiting from illegal activities would not be a legal business to take on.

Not all of them buy content, I'm sure most can't afford it. But the biggest one has been for awhile.

Then with Brazzers, look at the dvd sites, a big part of the content is purchased and cycled into the tubes. That's all contract stuff...

I think that is why less and less bitching with people link directly to content in a post has been happening.

This is a far cry from being clean and honest, don't get me wrong. I'm just telling you what I see. If GFY is guilty then the content provider & people shooting for them, are taking money profited from piracy too.

Still highly contemplating future posting here fyi, this week churned my stomach. Maybe some slight hope we will see the same result we did when Guba skinned it. I know when they did is when I pulled my advertising here. Now all I really have left is my posting here.

Processors really have no clear way to know who owns what and they will shut down processing if enough complaints come in.

I have done my best to avoid those that fuck the customers and I will be damned if I will put up with those that are fucking with me.
