ad targeting -- browser language or geo?
Do you think it's better to target ads displayed to surfer by browser language or Geo IP region? Why?

Browser language. Who cares where they are? It's all about what language they speak.
UNLESS you're going for local dating shit. That's been done, redone and overdone now and it's showing. Unless there's a reason to geotarget I would always use browser language.
