Probably not too late for a sig spot. How this person thinks anyone that got screwed by the old iBill will want to do business with the "new" iBill is beyond logic. I put "new" in quotation marks because who knows - maybe this new iBill is in some hidden way related to the old iBill and is basically trying to bilk people all over again. Well if they incorporated a new company with the same name the debt arent following the new company. But in such case it's mean that the domain have been transfered from the old to the new one.
