Here's a tip Steve...

Fire whoever manages your websites, hire someone new to manage the building of new tours, creatives etc. Make new ones that convert and then buy some paid spots around and guarantee the spots X dollars or more based on their lightspeedcash account. Word of mouth of good conversions will get you a lot further. You have great content, just shitty presentation.
