questions about twitter law suit
I assume you have all heard about the tennant being sued by the real-estate management company for posting a tweet about her moldy apartment...
Here's my question.... can twitter get into trouble over what's posted by users? And, could GFY get sued for what's posted on here? I always wondered about that |

I believe that is covered under the Safe Harbor provision which protects sites and ISPs from what users post or upload.
