You have to pay $600 or to to he Uniform Commercial Council to get your number scheme. Then you can pick your exact number scheme for the individual series/title and use a little pc app to create a .png or similar file that you can add to the artwork when you design the packaging.

do you need this? what if your dvds are for sale outside of the usa?
