VERY TRUE, none have videos that play properly in all devices that they claim they do.

What I should have said is that, I have not seen any sites that are both designed right/easily viewable + play quality videos on all devices...

Anyways we found the main mobile product is iphones/ipods, thats why we have focused on those products for the past year and been doing great with our web-app's. But finally got versions done for other devices so visitors on those devices will be presented with a tour fitted/designed for their mobile.

Dude, there is not a single site that would work on ALL devices. If you want to cover all of them you'll have to create a ton of landing pages which is not cost effective in many cases since anyway some phone surfers won't be able to play the movies.
