I take 3 of them daily.
Hint: Don't swallow them with an empty stomach. Take them before eating your dinner. And don't take your whole daily dosis at once. That way you won't have that much of a "burp". And yes, salmon oil is nasty.

they have "no burp" pills, and they arent really all that bad if u have it after a meal, its like u just ate some sushi.

I take one to two a day and the only time it happened was last week when I took it before bed on an empty stomach....It was awful and I'll only take it before or right after a meal.
