Anyone here take fish oil tablets?

Ever experience a good fish oil burp? :(

Yup - tastes just like inhaling a quief.....

I used to take omega 3 pills and wow, I remember that=disgusting

I take 3 of them daily.
Hint: Don't swallow them with an empty stomach. Take them before eating your dinner.
And don't take your whole daily dosis at once.
That way you won't have that much of a "burp".

And yes, salmon oil is nasty.

I take them with a meal (as the label says) and have never experienced a fishy burp...

Take the krill oil pills, you wont get the fish burps anymore.

Not fish oil from a tablet but I have after having a mainly oily fish day..ick

they have "no burp" pills, and they arent really all that bad if u have it after a meal, its like u just ate some sushi.

I take one to two a day and the only time it happened was last week when I took it before bed on an empty stomach....It was awful and I'll only take it before or right after a meal.
