W-9 Forms, do I have to fax in all FOUR pages?
All the information is on page one... the other three pages is just text.
Also, should I put my account ID on the "List account numbers here" section? Been faxing these things all day and was wondering if I'm doing it right and can get a shortcut. Thanks  ! |

Are sponsors still requiring this? I thought most were filling them out for the affiliates. I refuse to do that shit. I will drop any sponsor that is to lazy to run a program that does it in one click.
