W-9 Forms, do I have to fax in all FOUR pages?
 

All the information is on page one... the other three pages is just text.
Also, should I put my account ID on the "List account numbers here" section?

Been faxing these things all day and was wondering if I'm doing it right and can get a shortcut.

Are sponsors still requiring this? I thought most were filling them out for the affiliates. I refuse to do that shit. I will drop any sponsor that is to lazy to run a program that does it in one click.

First, you have to translate those 4 pages into 20 languages.

Then, you have to fax in all 84 pages.

Only the page with your info on it. read the rest, they are instructions for YOU on how to fill it out.

You probably only need to send in the first page considering the others are crap.
