if your family has history of hypertension and diabetes, you should start drinking one cup instead and slowly move into tea. too much coffee is bad bad bad for the acid levels in your gut.

I drink 2-4 24oz mt dews a day then one red bull or Cocaine energy drink a day.. The other day i had a long day and had 3 energy drinks and had a headache the next day. I can't drink energy drinks like I use to but i can't stop them all together either
