If he just does a white label and leaves it, he's going to be incredibly disappointed in the results as his little traffic will produce a few affiliate sales now and then. He's gonna need to figure out how to send it productive traffic on his limited budget. If he is able to get a streamate cobrand and manages to get an affiliate program going, he's going to realize that attracting affiliates will be extremely difficult. All of his other options, with the exception of selling it and getting his $350K back (if people who offered to buy it for that are serious), will result in failure.
If he keeps it he will either give up ownership in it to partner with someone to do a cam site, or he will borrow money to try to start his own site and fail and have to sell the domain to pay off debts. Or he can try to send in quality traffic but he obviously doesn't know how and he also doesn't think he needs to because he owns the greatest domain in the world and all the traffic comes to him.
If he sells out back now he will blow the money on shit.
His only option to success, even if it takes him 30 years to get his money back is to park it with a white label and sit on it. It's the safest thing for him to do. Even if it just makes $1000 a month the name should hold value or go up. So in 10 years he would have at least made 120K cash and have a domain worth 350K+.
For this guy to do anything constructive with it and be successfull.... lol a kid covered in gas has a better chance of lighting a match and not catching on fire.
Hate to be harsh on the guy, but his feelings wont be hurt anyway, he thinks we are all idiots and he has it all figured out.

Hate to give you a vague answer, but it can be totally random. I've done tons of pps cam signups in the past with some of the major sponsors because I wanted it now, but probably cost myself some long term residual income. Pretty much fail for buying this at the massively inflated price. With that money you could've bought SEO, traffic, and probably made very high ROI. parked traffic is sooo 1999s it's already done game.
