I noticed that a huge percentage of my redirected traffic is from google mobile... I am thinking of instead making a big ass link at the top of my site if they match the user agents, giving them the option for a mobile site.

I tried it, made a logo etc. Looks good, it just redirects your mobile users. The site is unchanged in a browser.

No google problem. Our solution is seo friendly.

Not having a mobile site is even worse in Googles eyes as the site will take ages to load, etc
