Social Media Bloopers -- impersonating a police department
An australian social media promotions company decides to pose as local police department on Twitter. http://news.cnet.com/8301-17852_3-10249469-71.html
Their alibi: "testing the effectiveness of social media." The result: Gee, people actually thought we were the police... Wow   These guys should apply for a university research grant. Believe it or not, worse "research" topics have been funded to the tune of millions of dollars  |
