well whether its 17-18 or 24 (my personal standard) one things for sure...a lot of people in canada stop growing indoors during the summer and move outside...so i figure heat must be a major factor in the states!
so...do they sell hydroponic equipment in the states or do you go through the same BS we go thru to find guns in canada???lol
btw Co2 is only used during the sleeping hours so i doubt it has anything to do with standing the heat...

I know a guy pretty well who got involved in a grow op. They had a house rigged up nicely. 8 HUGE plants, producing about 3-4 pounds per plant.

im actually in vancouver, not US

and you're right, i completely forgot that c02 was used during sleeping cycle... personally the oldschool intake outtake is what i suggest.. c02 should only be used once every other aspect of the room is tweaked and perfect

also problems with heat can be helped by using HPS lights with tubes around them, and then attach a fan to some ducting and make it blow the hot air into the back of the water chiller

The problem with the majority of BC Bud, is it's of the Juicy Fruit strain. Also known as fool's gold. Looks to die for, smokes nicey, mediocre high.

Get some BC grown hash plant or blueberry, and there's a high for you. Problem is, the American's all want fools gold, so nobody grows the good stuff in bulk.

no single INDOOR plant would ever yeild 3 pounds, MAYBE an outdoor plant that was topped more then like 10 times lol.

they made 3 busts in the last couple of weeks taking 25,000 plants at three massive outdoor operations, and yesterday they made 2 more with plants numbering in the thousands.

I didn't mean the Prairies didn't grow good weed. They're just plants, clones go back and forth. My point was more that good weed from Albera and good weed from British Columbia are pretty much the same things.

The difference is BC exports so much of it, that mostly it's an export crop. Big, thick, crystally buds of Juicy Fruit. Looks awesome, but in reality is just mediocre. It's all about the look with BC Juicy Fruit.

well im not the one posting about the 3 pound plant. thing is, its relative to the light and the vegetation phase so basically you could make a 3 pound plant by giving it 2000w of light and some fuckin crazy juice. not sayin ive done it nor seen it, but its "possible"

Lol..this thread is old and the prices I quoted back in 2002 were for skunk..not this generic strain that is going around ..since the time this thread started,the cops still can't get a handle on the problem and the Vietnamese,Russian,East Indian and Angels are still going strong.
The Vietnamese purchase million dollar homes and turned them into grow ops..It's all about supply and demand but it is getting even more tougher with the border restrictions.

When I lived in BC (gone some 4 or 5 years now), there was a strain rolling around that was colloquially known as 'Quadruple Wheelchair Weed'... you'd get so fucked up that you'd need FOUR wheelchairs to get you around.

Obviously the name was chosen during the consumption of.

There was no 'mediocre high' with this stuff. If anything, it'd fuck you up TOO much if taken in more than a couple puffs. Things like full on visual and auditory hallucinations. Things like having a conversation with someone, and then wondering if you'd actually said something you think you may have just said. Or did someone else say it. Or is it all in your head... hm.

Who knows these days though... for all I know it could be cowichan ditch weed floating around now.
