Here lets get this out of the way. Here is the ss of the payments I sent you as you made progress on the player, and there is the email of the date I received the sort of final product still missing features that were requested from day one. Even after that I sent you and additional 75.00



I did not pay you for use of it on only 1 domain. You knew from the begining I needed it for at least our 3 solo girl sites, and you knew I needed 3 different color schemes. You had no problem with that, and didn't ask for more money, but I sent you an extra 70.00 for your trouble. I haven't even installed the player on the other 2 sites because there are still issues with it since there are no titles or descriptions to be added. You developed this player FOR ME as per my specs, my design, and my ideas and my features. You got paid ABOVE the amount you requested. You can make up whatever shit you want to. You started on the project prior to me asking you to, then ran to gfy starting shit about it.

If you started on it prior to getting a deposit who is the idiot? You are. I sent you a psd of the layout to make sure you would be able to even make the player the way I wanted, I gave you the feature list and what was required in order to make sure that you could even make the player. If you are going to to cry and whine about shit you should NOT Of started on it prior to me giving you a deposit. If you would of told me you needed a deposit prior to starting it, I would of told you to hold off for a while as we were not ready for it yet. We did not have our cdn setup yet and were still running just .wmv videos.

Once I got everything setup I needed and finished getting all the videos re encoded, and things in place then I sent you money to finish it. I DID NOT receive any software until AFTER I paid in full. So if you are too fucking stupid to start doing work before the client asks you to start, and too fucking stupid to get a deposit prior to starting a project its YOUR FUCKING FAULT!.

You got paid IN FULL PLUS another 70.00. You made an agreement with me that we would sell the product, I would market it, and we would split the sales from the player 50/50. YOU BACKED OUT of it after I got everything in place and was ready to launch. YOU are a fucking moron. ANYONE that does biz with you is taking a risk. You keep acting like I didn't pay. I did pay, and I DID NOT receive the product until you were paid in full. You had no problems until this past week when I asked for you to look at why the demo wouldn't work right. Accusing me of selling code I stole from you when we had an agreement for months on this. Anyways Ill have the new player up and running soon, with none of your perl code involved in it. All built from scratch, with all the features I requested, plus many more added such as switchable skins, and colors being adjustable from the backend.

So you are losing out on money that will be coming in. So go work on one of your shitty flash games or waste time making more videos of me using copyrighted images in them.

And btw 3 months is Sept 17th to oct 22nd now? I paid you the 8th of Nov your bonus of 70.00 even Still not 3 months. The project should not of even been started till Sep 17th. Now straight fuck off.

Yes you can see a list of variables in the SWF. That's not what you claimed
