Email me what you are looking for. I can't guarantee I can do it, but I did a lot of perl coding before I saw the light and converted to PHP.

I'm a programmer myself, so I've got a rough idea of what the project involves. Of course, it may be a lot more complex than I'd imagine, so, no, I'm not 100% sure it's only a few hours.
