Before making a hosting decision you should take a close look at http://www.fixedorbit.com/search.htm and see how many providers each host has, some claim they are multihomed where in fact they are on a single connection. Make an educated decision

I'm on Cogent Bandwidth in Santa Clara. I have a 300 megabit line. We've been there for over 12 months now with 99% reliability, I only provide basic support (setup, emergencies, etc) and you need your own servers (I can build them for you if you need me to).

My price is rock bottom:
20 megabits for $1000 a month plus $500 for a half rack.

We don't pay anyone to spam our name on boards unlike other hosts. Anyone who recommends our hosting is a current satisfied customer. They are happy enough with our services that they take time out of their day to plug our Hosting.
