I'm on Cogent Bandwidth in Santa Clara. I have a 300 megabit line. We've been there for over 12 months now with 99% reliability, I only provide basic support (setup, emergencies, etc) and you need your own servers (I can build them for you if you need me to).

My price is rock bottom:
20 megabits for $1000 a month plus $500 for a half rack.

yeah and they als only have like 4 customers in their LA data center. They are done. They need to move the fuck out so people with customers can move in.

If you sites are for US customers and you're interested in 20 megabits for free, then use web1000.com. Use your own domains with no hosting charges and unlimited bandwith. Also features ftp access and 100 megs of storage.
