			 i have access to 100,000 sq feet of warehouse space in a good location and i was thinking about a flea market. |

				 | Hard goods like consumer electronics, car audio, jewelery, furniture, etc will bring in the foot traffic needed to support the soft goods sellers.   The larger, big ticket items may not sell much but they will bring in people to look. Soft goods may sell more but hard goods will draw the traffic. |
