Furtygirl, I'm sorry but when I look at the two pages side by side as you have displayed them I do not see any similarities. Can you tell us what part exactly is a rip-off of your page? The look? colors? Fonts? I know you said fonts in an earlier post but is that it? The font does not even look similar to me. Can you tell us the name of that font? And did you create that font yourself?

We have used that font for many years now on our main site and still do, at one stage our Join and Leave buttons were in it.

To see something I've created (even just something as simple as my enter/exit/members buttons and layout) being used as an example of kiddie porn really pisses me off. It would piss off any webmaster.

I would have expected better from Xbiz.

I know it's nothing to get heated about, but she's right, they made the graphic by using a screenshot of her site, and switched the top half out.

You can even see the white on the sides, that's not a really wide scrollbar.

Yes, I see it, and I agree that it's possible that the image on the laptop is an altered screencap from the OP's site. But it's been altered to the point that the average person would never recognize it, and isn't that one of the tests for violation of copyright?
