Ibill transactions revoked

About 80% of all my sales the last two days from Ibill are revoked due to "a problem with our credit card processing network"

Am I the the only one?

My Ibill sales are down too by about 20-30%, I didn't think much of it, I thought it was just a slump, i'll keep a close eye on it. Better not stay this way.

We're seeing the same thing here. It's been fluctuating for a week or so.. one or two down days, then one or two huge days, etc. :-/

We've seen a slump of about 20%. According to our figures the problem seems to have started late sunday afternoon. The front line people at IBill deny that anything is wrong with their system. However, I was able to find out that they are now requiring cvv2 numbers on mastercard signups. They also appear to have removed support for webbad pages.

I've been watching the boards for a long time and Ibill's name keeps popping up. Every other month Ibill is having problems. I would definitely reconsider using them as my processor.

Credit Card revokes are usually when IBILL has been unable to connect to their clearinghouse. When that happens they do something they call "stand in processing". Basically they accept all transactions and when their connection to their clearinghouse opens back up, they run the transactions and send revoke notices for the ones that fail. The revoke notices you got are the declines you would have normally had. The argument made by IBILL is that the bandwidth draw from these bad transactions is outweighed by the revenue generated from transactions that otherwise would have been turned away. My counter to that is that we run cascading processing, and if IBILL is unable to get the job done that is why we have backups who are deserving of the business in light of a failure on their part.

Same thing here since Tuesday afternoon. There seems to be large gaps in the day with no sales, and then it will start up again.

Our iBill sales are also down over over the past few days, but our CCBill sales are normal. I wonder what is going on over there at iBill...

for those based in the E.U. - apparently you can no longer process JBC cards. this could be causing decreases for some of us.

and here's some more speculation for you:

We have same problems with Ibill.Today is the worst sign up day from ibill. We believe they have a real BIG problem.
Yesterday suddenly JCB and Discover card logos dissapeared from our hellopages. After a long telephone conversation they agreed there had been an error and added the cards again. We are from EU.
