if they found deca in his system... he wasn't using any kind of "pro hormones" - if they found un-metabolized winny in him.. he wasn't using pro hormones.

Actually sesame, sunflower, oats, unrefined oils made from sunflower etc all can show false positives according to some people. Have yet to find any scientific studies to show such results. I do know that eating assorted hemp products can cause a false positive though.

As for the poppy seeds and opiates, they have raised the level a great deal so you would need to consume several tablespoons of them.

Wrestling I'd say you're probably right, they have to look big and roided. But UFC or MMA I'd say no. Yeah Some of them do, but not everyone. There's too many flabby-ish guys and they do well. Some of them even talk a lot shit about others caught using steroids (bj penn). The bigger MMA/UFC gets the more you'll probably find people using it to get that extra edge though.

there have been some huge flabbyish guys on steroids in the past, take a look at some of the olympic powerlifters over the years, huge guys with potbellies that have tree-stump pulling power

actually alot of steroids contribute to the flabby look with water retention like old school dbol etc...

I agree with you Warchild, but is it not possible that some shady grey market supplement may have actual winstrol in it, either on purpose or as a side-product of a very close relative that they are synthesizing? I have heard of in the past supplements containing actual drugs that aren't on the label and having great sales due to the word of mouth rep that the products get because they are actually working.

True but those guys are huge, well the ones I've seen. And I know there's been a few guys that didn't look like they've used it that got caught. But if they used it all the time they'd either be big like the power lifters you're talking about or like ken shamrock/bob sapp etc.

here is the steroid situation, a few factors

hundreds of millions of dollars worth of steroids are sold on the black market every year, Test, Deca, Tren, Winny, GH, Dbol, Var, Anadrol (abombs), Clen, Cytomel (T3) just to name a few.

You have to ask yourself, you have tons of people doing steroid yet when was the last time you saw some huge juiced up guy in the street?

There are a few factors and I wont even address the issue of fake drugs.

Different drugs are good for different things and drugs alone wont do shit, you need to have a diet of some sort to go along with the cycle (if your bulking a bulking diet and bulking drugs if your cutting a cutting diet and drugs that are good for cutting).

In addition you need to train to see any results, drugs make up part of the end result but without serious diet and training you wont see any results.

Popping a pill or injecting yourself is easy, following a strict diet and training program is hard, you got tons of guys juicing yet they look like shit or dont look like they workout at all.

Why anyone who gets tested would take anything let alone deca is beyond me as deca stays in your system for a good 12+ months.

For those looking to put on some size there is a good book called "better than steroids" id highly recommend it, knowing how to time meals and carbs etc can make a huge difference.

Best training style is called FST-7 real good for rapid size.
