I can't stand games that don't let you move and shoot at the same time. Controls killed this for me.

But it IS easy...

I didnt say that is how I played, i said you could... After playing it to the fullest I played around with the team... I experiment, I enjoyed the game... The AI was nice in the sense of random distribution... but it was just easy is all... sorry for ever saying it :P

Yeah being a boomer is about 1000000x more fun than being a human... hehehehe...

Sorry about getting snappy, I had just finished playing a campaign with two random newbies that managed to get me killed way too often. It's definitely harder with all humans.

Anyway, RE5 looks like a great game and based on the demo should be pretty fun

I'll admit no I didnt play vs and I really wanted to try the zombie side.

However, the game itself on campaign is just so easy. I dont want to downplay the coolness of the game, I just wish the campaign was a bit more challenging.

I had it for like 2 weeks. played it a bit.

Call of Juarez is a good western game. Like Gun though, its a smidge shorter than Id like. But id say it is better than GUN.

It is pretty cool all the way through. There is a couple levels where its not much action and mostly tredging terrain, But its cool nonetheless.

Especially the dual handed shooter action.

When I got F.E.A.R I was meaning to rent the second one. I even grabbed the game from behind a fear2 box... but when i got home it was the first one... I wanted to beat it within the 2 days to take it back(because i usually beat a game withint two nights of 4 hour playing... Im a freak like that with some games... but this turned out to last a bit longer. and it seemed cool enough I just played it through without going back to rectify the mistake.

Tell me the coolest game you have rented in awhile and ill see if it I can get it, really looking for some cool shit. New to playing xbox again... took a break, but now i do late at night...

SO i just beat RE 5 - pretty cool game.

I gotta say though the maneuvering could be a bit better. Thats really all that hindered any parts of the game was moving around for shots.

All around good game though

It's actually 5 games on one disc. Four you can play by yourself. It's a series and they included the previous game so you can play them all.

While it's a FPS there are some places where you won't be able to just run n gun your way out of it. You will have to figure your way out using what's available. You have the ability to pick up things and move them so if a window is too high to jump out you will have to find stuff to stack up to get out. This problem solving is what will keep you from finishing the disc in two days

The game has a great pace and you get to drive different vehicles as well. Graphics are pretty good with very interesting environments. The sound design is awesome. The game has been out for awhile and now sells for $19.95 new. NOTHING comes close to that value.

Didn't they take a lesson from Dead Space? That's how you do a third person control. At least you could shoot while on the move with that game.

I hardly get more than a few boards in before moving on to something else. My buddies have all finished FEAR 2, Mirror's Edge and Dead Space...which they all give good reviews for.

Fallout 3has managed to get some of my attention. L4D is my favorite form of stress relief.

I just finished Resident Evil 5 late last night. Eh. The ending is so shitty.

It doesn't even compare to Resident Evil 4. Hopefully, part 6 doesn't suck as hard as 5.

I dont think I played any of the others besides the 1st

Didnt like the controls then, dont care for them now... I agree it sucks you can run n gun

I wasn't too hot for Dead Space's pov. Took a whole lot of getting used too, and at times shit was just irritating.

Overall once I got used to the controls it was a great game, but I think it could have done with a more conventional pov.

Running and shooting doesn't really matter to me in the Resident Evil series.
