Producers have been paying thousands and thousands of dollars to film scenes, with the overall goal of selling memberships to their exclusive websites. Do you have any fucking idea how much work and risk that entails?

Adult website owners have to maintain a legal filing systen to be legally allowed to run adult sites. Do you have any fucking idea how much work, expense, and risk that entails?

Where's your blood in the game asshole? What have you produced on your own? How much would you be making if you had to pay an average of $250 to $2,500 per scene for each and every clip you are now offering for FREE, without any risk at all?!!!

I agree with you but think about what this thread means. You think if their existing advertisers were making tons of money they'd be here looking for more advertisers?

Anyone who thinks that PornHub does not "monitor" the content that is uploaded is to their site try and upload a clip that shows torture, bestiality, or other "obscene" content.

PornHub selectively monitors the content on their site and makes huge profits off it. They encourage piracy and should be boycotted by everyone in this industry.

You guys could be right but I'm pretty much OK with that.

Personally, I don't believe the traffic is valuable. I've tested it with < 3 Minute clips and it was slightly above worthless for selling porn. I have never tested giving an entire scene away but I can't see how a 30 minute scene would be more enticing for a buyer than a 3 min clip. But, that's trying to sell porn.

Dating may do well but I bet it's not and I bet that's why they're on here looking for new advertisers.

So, let the pills people, the penis pump people, the fake watch people, the get rich quick people and the weight loss people burn some cash.

If the tubes find a way to make some money, so be it. But I just don't see it happening.
And we haven't even touched new digital copyright laws that may be coming from the mainstream industry.

I gotta get back to work. This is my favorite thread of the week. Brings a huge smile to my face.

So they are a top ten affiliate of most affiliate programs and they still have traffic left over after that to sell? I'm not trying to be an ass. It's no secret I hate illegal tubes. Just trying to educate myself as much as possible. I can see them being a quality affiliate for dating, cams, penis enlargers, basically anything BUT pornsites.

That can be true, but it depends what size the program is, and what's the roi of a 60k banner spot. They obviously do give some ROI to the buyer, but him looking for "more" different products leads me to believe the interest is getting smaller.
Only thing i'd use their traffic is to lead it to my own tube with stolen brazzers etc contect, so that the word gets out. After that, i'd stop buying and start selling add spots. I presume most buyers do similar thing. Get pageview on their product so it gets embeded into people's head, then leave.
