Give it a hour or so and one of their fake nicks or maybe a real rep will be here to tell you they have nothing to do with it...it's just their site but not really their site because someone else regged it and he doesn't work there anymore they just keep using that name because someone else has a site that is related to it but not really because roboform accidentally bought it and the sales rep who doesn't really exist is fired but also hired again at the sister company that is not their sister company and nobody knows eachother there and nobody works together and no sites are connected whatsoever...or something like that.
